Not medical care

The Recovery Toolbox is a wellness support tool. It does not provide medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or crisis services, and it is not a substitute for professional help or a recovery program. No clinical or professional relationship is created by using the app. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or 988 immediately.

Directory information

Meeting times, locations, and treatment facility listings are drawn from public sources and change without notice. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and we do not endorse any facility, group, program, or provider. Confirm details before traveling or making decisions.

Your use

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to extract or resell its data, interfere with its operation, or use it in any unlawful way.

Your content

Anything you write in the app is stored on your device and remains yours. You are responsible for your own device backups; if your device is lost or the app is deleted, your entries cannot be recovered by us.

Scripture

Scripture quotations are from the Berean Standard Bible, which is dedicated to the public domain.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Recovery Toolbox and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on information in it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
